What payment options do you offer?

We accept Credit cards, PayPal, Shop pay and Affirm

Should I repot my plant once it arrives?

No! You want your plant to acclimate to your environment for 10-14 days before repotting.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, please select the local pick up option at check out then send us a message to coordinate pick up.

Do you provide plant care support?

YES! Natalia is always excited to help with any care questions or concerns you may have, even if the plant was not purchased from us.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide with standard UPS 2 day. Sometimes we will ship ground if you are closer to us and the package can get to you next day. UPS Next Day upgrade is available as an add on.

Return & Replacements

What is your return and replacement policy?

We will return or replace any damage plants that did not arrive well during regular shipping time and whether protection (if needed). We can not be held responsible for shipping delays or losses by UPS. However, if something happens while your plant takes a longer trip around the country or ends up being lost please reach out and we will help you.
